All scheduled remote sessions must be paid at the time of booking. If rescheduling or cancellation is necessary, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Forfeiture of your full session payment will be made if notice is given less than 48 hours in advance. A $15 service fee will be deducted from your session reimbursement if cancellation occurs prior to the 48 hour requirement. There will be no additional fees charged if rescheduling occurs prior to the 48 hour required notice.
All in office clients will be charged in the office at the time of service. The "No-Show" credit card information required when booking will only be used if you do not show up on time for your scheduled appointment, if you fail to reschedule/cancel at least two days prior to your session, or if you fail to make a payment before or directly after your office session.
If you are redeeming a gift certificate, or have a prepaid session package, please make a notation of your certificate number or package purchased in the "Appointment Notes" and your credit card will NOT be charged.
