"Change is the Only Constant"

All scheduled remote sessions must be paid at the time of booking.  If rescheduling or cancellation is necessary, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.  Forfeiture of your full session payment will be made if notice is given less than 48 hours in advance.  A $15 service fee will be deducted from your session reimbursement if cancellation occurs prior to the 48 hour requirement.  There will be no additional fees charged if rescheduling occurs prior to the 48 hour required notice.  

If you are redeeming a gift card, or you have a prepaid session package, please use  the appropriate button to schedule your session.  Please also make a notation of your gift card number or package purchased in the "Appointment Notes" when booking to avoid cancellation.  Please contact kirsten@silentsynergy.com if you have any issues or concerns regarding scheduling your session.
